iPod taser???

ok so on householdhacker.com, it says you can make your iPod into a taser by downloading taser files on your ipod and cutting off the cord of an old set of ear buds. i want to try this because i have an old set i could use, but i need to know: does doing this mess up your iPod at all? i know im probably stupid for asking but my parents won't let me unless i know it's safe for the iPod nano. any help?

This is unreal, never try to tamper with electronic units like that !

Besides, real tasers have needles that gets the current under the skin at a constant amperage flowing through, never try this on you, it could kill you, never try on another person it could get you in JAIL.
Revise your outside activities, never get alone at night and take a self security class, they are much better then all the gimmicks posted on internet.
