An officer used a stun gun on a pregnant woman..?

I live in Ohio, and just saw on the news that an officer actually used a stun gun on a pregnant woman. All she did was go into the police department and ask them to take custody of her one-year-old son. They started asking her questions and she just said she was sick of playing games with the "baby daddy", but wouldn't corporate any further. She tried to leave and the officer took her to the ground and tried to cuff her. When he failed, he used the stun gun. He claimed he didn't know because she was wearing a coat and now it's under investigation. What do you think should happen here?
