so i just bought a stun gun on ebay. it claims to have 3 million volts. My question is how much contact is required to disable an attacker? and how many times will I be able to use it? It has a built in charger but I heard that if you keep playing with it, it will damage the device. Also, if someone were to wear thick clothing, would it penetrate through? I would grately appreciate any tips from anyone with experience. Thanks.

It is not the volts that make a stun gun work, it is the amps. And as to someone with a bad heart dying from being stunned, it takes more than 100 times the amount of amps a stun gun produces to start or stop a heart.
